Wig Install Hair Policy Thank you for booking with Hair Fetishh 💕 Please read all policies before booking your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your remaining balance. No deposit = no appointment. Remaining balance must be paid at the appointment. Late Policy Clients have a 10–15 minute grace period. After the grace period, a late fee may be added. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. No Call / No Show No call/no shows will result in losing your deposit. Future appointments may require full payment upfront. Repeated no call/no shows may result in being blocked from booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations will result in deposit loss. Rescheduling more than once may require a new deposit. Hair Requirements Hair must be: Clean Fully dry Free of oils and heavy product buildup Lace must be clean and free of old glue. If extra customization is needed, an additional fee may apply. Wig Prep Policy Wigs should be dropped off before the appointment if customization is needed. If your wig is not prepped, styling/customization may take longer and cost extra. Guests & Kids No extra guests unless approved. No children unless being serviced. Respect Policy Please come respectful and ready for your appointment. Any rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in your appointment being canceled immediately. Aftercare Wrap your hair at night to maintain your install. Avoid excessive sweating, oils, and water around the lace. Proper maintenance helps your install last longer. Refund Policy No refunds on services once completed.
